Create It Anyway was produced to inspire creative in the film & TV industry. The aim of this branding video was to introduce WeVidIt as an empowering space for filmmakers.

After researching trending brand introductions, I created this video to play at the beginning of each WeVidIt U episode. Beginning with one video, the introduction reveals itself to be a series of clips, arranged into the shape of a U.

Using audio from award-winning Gigi Williams (WeVidIt U Episode 6) when discussing her makeup design for Netflix's Mank, the goal of this video was to further promote WeVidIt's brand and begin introducing one of the speakers for the educational series, WeVidIt U.

Searching for Change uses footage from the Academy Awards to highlight the lack of diversity in the film and TV industry and a need for change. The second half of the video highlights filmmakers from underrepresented backgrounds that the brand aimed to elevate.

As a branding video, this project aimed to target and pique the interest of actors in the film and TV industry.

More Than Basketball is a powerful piece, created in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake. The creative concept for this project came from the CEO of Dim Events, and I found footage and audio online to create this video for Dim Events to post on their social media accounts in 22020.

Written, directed, and edited by myself, this product video generated $280 K in investments for the start up. These investors never spoke with any team members, but they were so impressed with the video that they were called to invest.

The aim of this project was to highlight the negative, all-consuming toll technology can take on individuals and their relationships. As the couple's relationships progresses through the video, the damage cannot be reversed, but they can imagine.

The Chicago Women's Health Center requested a video tour of their treatment spaces, including static graphic cards to highlight specific elements of their treatment processes.

This project was requested by a non-profit, Indivisible Chicago, for their "Don't Be Muted" voting campaign. This video has a special place in my heart, as I was supposed to direct and film the project, but I found out I had been exposed to COVID hours before the shoot. The writer for the project (who had no filming experience) had to film the footage. I did my best to edit it in a way that the original footage quality isn't noticeable, but I will say that directing a commercial over zoom was quite the feat! What can I say, I love a challenge.

This project was a lifestyle video, commissioned (by Caroline, the woman in the video) for the purpose of having a piece of content to reflect back on regarding the struggles and difficulties of 2020.

The goal of this project was to create an engaging banner video to capture viewers' attention upon visiting WeVidIt's landing page. Featuring a Chicago photographer and TikTok creator, the purpose of this goal was to provide Trey with content to post on his social media, exposing some of the more difficult elements of being a content creator, while introducing the WeVidIt brand.
